we do not believe in charging customers for not fixing their computers and over the years the rate of us not being able to repair a computer is very low.

No fix no fee may come into action if the value of the repair exceeds the value of the laptop or desktop, in this case we put this down as a no fix no fee.

we can give you a full repairing price but recommend to replace it in these circumstances.
